Large portion of leasing activity was driven by automotive companies, total of 35%. Volvo in Kosice, Kia in Zilina or Stellantis in Trnava are main drivers for many of supply chain companies, that are driving new development in these regions, relying on developers with their prime locations." The total area of ​​premium industrial premises for lease reached 3,889,845 sq m at the end of the third quarter.

43,007 sq m of new industrial premises was delivered to the market, 60% in the Bratislava Region.

At the end of the 3rd quarter, 325,067 sq m of industrial premises was under construction.

The vacancy rate fell by more than 1% from 4.73 % in Q2/23 to 3.71 % in Q3/23, which represents 144,402 sq m.

Gross demand, including the extension of existing contracts, reached 168,000 sq m, while net take-up was 124,700 sq m.
