We operate in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and now also in Croatia. Thanks to our alliance partnership with BNP Paribas Real Estate, we are able to serve clients across Europe.

We are now looking for a motivated and communication-savvy Industrial Consultant to join our close-knit team and help us further grow our business. Is this you?

What will be your mission?

You will partner with and advise clients throughout the entire transaction process - ideally from start to finish. You will communicate and negotiate with management and executives, often on an international level.

Specifically, you will be expected to:

  • Identify and approach new clients and business opportunities in industrial real estate
  • Provide expert advice to clients on the leasing, sale and acquisition of industrial real estate
  • Prepare and present offers to clients
  • Work with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Participate in business meetings and client presentations
  • Ensure the smooth execution of transactions and communication between all parties involved

What do we expect from you?

  • University or secondary education
  • Business drive and a strong desire to work with clients
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, accountability, and ability to follow through
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Knowledge of the industrial real estate market in Slovakia is a strong advantage
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and AI tools
