During the acquisition process, the warehouse size requirements changed repeatedly - the originally planned 6,000 m² was eventually expanded to almost 16,000 m². Thanks to a well-adjusted negotiation strategy and the ability to adapt to changing conditions, we helped the client acquire space that reflects their current and future needs.
