Floor share

A floor share is a legal term used in Czech real estate law that refers to a share in the common parts of a building or land that is associated with the exclusive right to own and use a particular unit or part of a building. It is a specific type of co-ownership where the owners of individual flats or premises in a multi-storey building have a share in the common parts of the floor. Thus, a floor share includes two main aspects: a share in the common parts of the building and the right to exclusive use of a particular residential or commercial unit.
